Since we create /etc/nginx/nginx.conf we don't have "ssl_prefer_server_ciphers on" option enabled anymore, enable it in dokku.conf

Installing
To install the latest stable version of dokku, you can run the following bootstrapper command:
$ wget -qO- https://raw.github.com/progrium/dokku/v0.3.13/bootstrap.sh | sudo DOKKU_TAG=v0.3.13 bash
