In talking with @josegonzalez, stickler-ci.com helps reduce the amount of
time maintainers spend reviewing code by automatically giving style
feedback as pull request comments.

I've added linters for shell scripts and go files based on the linting
I could find in the existing make files.

bc4b9dc5f3 fix: only require the docker bin
Docker has this thing where they rebrand the debian package name once a year, and as YUM doesn't resolve anything like a "Provides" field, this is the best we can do (unless they all required the same metapackage).

Note that now we can't ensure a specific minor docker version via RPM, though I feel as though if you choose a crappy OS/package manager and we fail you, thats on you, not Dokku.

98619733b2 Use git worktree in git_build_app_repo() for git >= 2.11
Git 2.11.0 breaks the git clone approach in git_build_app_repo() in
25ab004c53

git worktree is a much simpler approach but only works for git >= 2.5
so it is not available in Ubuntu 14.04.

Dokku doesn't enforce a [300mb](https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/slug-compiler#slug-size) limit on apps, but it's best practice to keep binary assets outside of git. Since containers are considered volatile in Dokku, external stores like s3 or storage mounts should be used for non-volatile items like user uploads. The Dokku storage core plugin can be used to mount local directories / volumes inside the docker container.

## Ideology and Background
The storage plugin requires explicit paths on the host side. This is intentional to ensure that new users avoid running into unexpected results with implicit paths that may not exist (a feature deprecate in [Docker 1.9.0](https://github.com/docker/docker/releases/tag/v1.9.0])). The container directory is created for the mount point in the container. Any existing directory contents are not accessible after a mount is added to the container. Dokku creates a new directory `/var/lib/dokku/data/storage` during installation, it's the general consensus that new users should use this directory. Mounts are only available at run and deploy times, you must redeploy (restart) an app to mount or unmount to an existing app's container.

Dokku uses a templating library by the name of [sigil](https://github.com/gliderlabs/sigil) to generate nginx configuration for each app. You may also provide a custom template for your application as follows:
- Copy the following example template to a file named `nginx.conf.sigil` and either:
- check it into the root of your app repo for buildpack applications
- If using a buildpack application, you __must__ check it into the root of your app repo.
- `ADD` it to your dockerfile `WORKDIR`
- if your dockerfile has no `WORKDIR`, `ADD` it to the `/app` folder
> When using a custom `nginx.conf.sigil` file, depending upon your application configuration, you *may* be exposing the file externally. As this file is extracted before the container is run, you can, safely delete it in a custom `entrypoint.sh` configured in a Dockerfile `ENTRYPOINT`.
> The default template is available [here](https://github.com/dokku/dokku/blob/master/plugins/nginx-vhosts/templates/nginx.conf.sigil), and can be used as a guide for your own, custom `nginx.conf.sigil` file. Please refer to the appropriate template file version for your Dokku version.

## Build-time Configuration Variables
For security reasons - and as per [docker recommendations](https://github.com/docker/docker/issues/13490) - Dockerfile-based deploys have variables available only during runtime.
For users that require customization in the `build` phase, you may use build arguments via the [docker-options plugin](docs/advanced-usage/docker-options.md):
```shell
dokku docker-options:add node-js-app build '--build-arg NODE_ENV=production'
```
Once set, the Dockerfile usage would be as follows:
```Dockerfile
FROM debian:jessie
# set the argument default
ARG NODE_ENV=production
# use the argument
RUN echo $NODE_ENV
```
You may also set the argument as an environment variable
```Dockerfile
FROM debian:jessie
# set the argument default
ARG NODE_ENV=production
# assign it to an environment variable
# we can wrap the variable in brackets
ENV NODE_ENV ${NODE_ENV}
# or omit them completely
# use the argument
RUN echo $NODE_ENV
```

__Symptom:__ I can't connect to my application because the server is sending an invalid response, or can't provide a secure connection.
__Solution:__
This isn't usually an issue with Dokku, but rather an app config problem. This can happen when your application is configured to enforce secure connections/HSTS, but you don't have SSL set up for the app.
In Rails at least, if your `application.rb` or `environmnents/production.rb` include the line `configure.force_ssl = true`, which includes HSTS try commenting that out and redeploying.
If this solves the issue temporarily, longer term you should consider [configuring SSL](http://dokku.viewdocs.io/dokku/configuration/ssl/).
