5242eeeb86 feat: source /etc/defaults/dokku if available 
This allows users to override - at a top-level - the DOKKU_ROOT, DOKKU_LIB_ROOT, and other
configuration variables. If specified, this should begin to enable users to move their
Dokku installations to mounted drives.

Note that items installed from packages may not respect these paths, so further work may be in order.

Also set the container status to dead when it is not detected as running.

2271badaf5 feat: add support for rhel 
The centos rpm packages should be installable on centos once this is merged and released. However, Dokku will not maintain an Rhel-specific repository as there is no way for us to feasibly test it.

Users should never be in a position where they need to manually edit files managed by Dokku, and should be pushed to using the `domains` plugin where necessary.

cd32180f1a docs: remove potentially bad template examples 
These examples do not include _all_ of the contents of the original template. Rather than having to keep them up to date and confuse users when we don't, lets just remove them. The section above contains a link to the current `nginx.conf.sigil` and should be referenced by our users instead.
