4aae0f1a1d fix: do not allow slashes in app names 
There is likely a better regex for the actually allowed names, but this will suffice for ensuring folks don't do weird things with their folder structures...

bb2265a3c9 fix: depend on python3 binary 
This will fix compatibility with CentOS 8 by requiring a binary path that can be fulfilled by the python3 package.

12e2b22ea8 Update cloudinit.sh file to cloudinit 20.X 
Bring configuration in line with the latest Cloud init verison. Tested under 20.1.

Mainly done due to `debconf_selections` not working with the old syntac.
See the `debconf_selections` item under https://cloudinit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/topics/modules.html#apt-configure

Changes include:
- reboot when apt deems it necessary,
- define update and upgrade with the package syntax,
- bring apt sources and keys inline with apt syntax and
- dynamically get the right release by using the var '$RELEASE'.

a8008b8d33 Update cloudinit script 
This cloudinit script had become outdated.

Changed 4 things:
- docker repository had moved
- use current docker gpg key
- use current dokku gpg key
- move over to ubuntu focal LTS 20.20
