Update nginx.md
Added an explanation of how to add additional nginx configuration to the `nginx.conf` file imported in a Procfile. Here's a related issue: https://github.com/dokku/dokku/issues/2917#issuecomment-332704867

The example above uses additional configuration files directly on the Dokku host. Unlike the `nginx.conf.sigil` file, these additional files will not be copied over from your application repo, and thus need to be placed in the `/home/dokku/myapp/nginx.conf.d/` directory manually.

If you are using a `Procfile` and importing a `nginx.conf` file, for example:
web: vendor/bin/heroku-php-nginx -C nginx.conf -i php.ini php/

you also need to also add your additional nginx configuration to the `nginx.conf` file, like so:
client_max_body_size 50m;
location / {
index index.php;
try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php$is_args$args;
}
