The two options are: `dokku certs:show <app> key > server.key` `dokku certs:show <app> crt > server.crt` This will create two files, `server.key` and `server.crt`. The two options are:
    `dokku certs:show <app> key > server.key`
    `dokku certs:show <app> crt > server.crt`
