fd2c540cd5 fix: exit non-zero when git:from-image deploys fail to start the app 
Also ensure the repository doesn't get updated to an invalid state in those failure cases.

c3c6e2174a fix: keep track of the source image when building an app via git:from-image 
This change fixes issues with ps:rebuild not working as expected - essentially ignoring files in the repo - as well as adds tests.

c2ebf48524 refactor: use a single implementation for checking cnb/herokuish images 
Also use a plugin trigger for testing whether an image is herokuish or not rather than trying to mess around with sourced files.

edd6e476b3 refactor: simplify how url generation works 
The URLS file is no longer necessary as urls are now generated directly from the app VHOST file.

This also moves all the url generation logic to the domains plugin.

fe4d80a82b refactor: cleanup zero'd out processes when a Procfile omitting those process types is set 
This change also moves the referenced Procfile out to a host path once on deploy vs potentially several times, which should speed up deploys a small amount and simplify reasoning about the file.

4ef260f57a fix: ignore https mappings when no ssl certificate exists 
This fixes issues where users may somehow add an https mapping but are missing an ssl certificate, causing nginx to not load properly. We now ignore the mapping and warn users of the misconfiguration.

d8e9511769 fix: correct issue where more complex docker args were not properly parsed when scheduling containers 
In cases where a docker arg uses backticks - which may happen with docker labels - scheduled containers would fail to support these due to performing a double-eval. This is particularly noticeable for traefik labels, where backticks and parenthesis are common. This fix properly handles docker args as an array instead of performing an extra eval when scheduling containers.

dded26625b fix: always respect app.json formations in scale settings 
Without this change, it was possible would end up in a state where we might still try to scale processes up that no longer exists.

257baa1d46 refactor: run crontab under sudo to support rhel systems 
RHEL blocks users from executing crontab as themselves Because Of Reasons so we need to use sudo instead.

Also refactors file writing to properly support writing the permissions on sudoers files going forward.

068b3c9adb feat: set the default memory unit type to megabytes 
This makes it easier to support all schedulers out of the box - all other schedulers assume megabytes when no unit is specified.
