eae3d463df Fix for dokku/dokku#2474 
`SSL_SERVER_NAME` should contain items found in the ssl certs
(E.G. CommonName and AltNames), but not already in the `NOSSL_SERVER_NAME`
list. That will avoid the dups in the `nginx.conf` and kill the warning
initially cited in dokku/dokku#2474

50b1c9d5c6 Detect nginx versions that support HTTP/2 well 
Certain versions of nginx have bugs that prevent HTTP/2 from properly responding to all clients, thus causing applications to be unavailable.

Closes #2435

2474c87bbd Pull the deploying app image name where necessary 
All of these commands should execute against the image that is in use versus the "latest" that dokku provides the system with.

a43fc39d9a Support nginx 1.9.5+ 
Newer versions of nginx drop spdy support in favor of http2, and thus the nginx config that we bundle with dokku causes nginx to fail to reload in certain cases. This change drops spdy support in favor of http2 for versions of nginx greater than 1.9.5.

Closes #2216

75b06bb02e Fix nginx configuration for SSL 
When generating config for SSL vhost, configuration for non ssl vhost
was always added (not the redirect one). This should fix the issue.
