Every `:report` subcommand now recognizes `--global` as a scope selector that limits the report to globally-configured properties, including in JSON form via `--global --format json`. Previously this combination was rejected because `--global` was treated as an info flag, conflicting with `--format`. The shared `common.ParseReportArgs` helper now returns a `ReportArgs` struct exposing the parsed scope; each Go and bash report selects a global-only flag map when scope is global, and skips per-app verification.
While the majority of buildpacks do not work on non-amd64 platforms, this will at least allow developers the option to choose when to override this setting.
This standardization makes it somewhat easier to read stacktraces as the command names are all uniform, so it will be slightly easier to scan trace output.
While I do not agree with _every_ style change, this will force Dokku to have consistent formatting across all shell scripts, which is arguably a Good Thing™.
The command used to reprocess everything is:

shfmt -l -bn -ci -i 2 -w .
```
This allows users to quickly show the state of any configured application, as well as the state of their server. In doing so, we make it easy for them to provide information necessary for debugging in a single command.
