ee08b8c0fd chore: remove traefik priority functionality 
Setting a priority appears to cause minor outages in certain cases, so we should just avoid setting it on behalf of users and allow them to set this directly.

48d5820b8c refactor: deprecate proxy-configure-ports plugin trigger in favor of ports-configure 
This also rewrites the logic to be in golang, which will make it easier to refactor portions of it to use the property system going forward.

edd6e476b3 refactor: simplify how url generation works 
The URLS file is no longer necessary as urls are now generated directly from the app VHOST file.

This also moves all the url generation logic to the domains plugin.

b7bff8e152 fix: correct issue with detection of non-https port mapping as https port mapping 
This allows folks to _only_ set the letsencrypt-email in order to get https working as expected.

2807d71ac6 fix: do not use traefik priority in service name 
This breaks the ability to add new rules on the fly and also makes routing a bit more difficult.

12d5bc4649 refactor: use http and https as traefik entrypoints 
This makes it a bit more clear as to where things are being redirected for web containers.

Also gate the https entrypoint behind the letsencrypt integration.

8fe122ffbd feat: implement the traefik plugin 
This plugin uses a docker-compose based Traefik installation in conjunction with injected container labels to route requests. It only exposes the minimal necessary for routing traffic to docker containers. Users wishing to customize further labels may explore using the docker-options plugin to attach additional labels during the 'deploy' phase.
