`network:list` and `network:info` now expose a `DokkuManaged` boolean derived from the `com.dokku.network-name` label that `network:create` applies, and `network:list` gains a `--dokku-managed` flag to restrict output to dokku-created networks. This lets tooling distinguish networks dokku created from Docker built-ins and networks created by other tooling such as compose.
This is almost certainly the correct default for Dokku. While it's a BC break and might cause an increase in memory usage, the api is mostly internal and therefore this is safe to use.
This hopefully makes it a little easier to work with as the tooling is now based on something in golang core.
- move columnize usage to common plugin
- remove old vendor files
- use a plugin trigger to see whether we should bind to all interfaces
- create a generic way of setting properties for a plugin
- migrate proxy-enabled to the new network property "bind-all-interfaces"
- add network:set subcommand
