Subject: [PATCH 1/3] Fix docs version switcher to display latest first

Changes the old sorting which displays master then the oldest to newest, so that it would display master followed by the newest version

Subject: [PATCH 2/3] Fixes the overflow in the docs' version switcher

hides the scroll bar from the overflow switcher and displays a vertical scroll when the panel is expanded.

Subject: [PATCH 3/3] fixes version switcher height

The panel expands to a max-height of 600, and shrinks to 100vh - 100px on browsers with height smaller than 600px.
